I was going to mention this too. I've never seen a beer advertising in such a way.
Krausen is the foamy yeast you get on top of actively fermenting beer. For memory, Krausening is when some of this is scooped out and onto a beer that is nearly finished fermenting, to help it ferment all the way out.
Something like that. I never did it myself.

It's rare to translate the Ä to ae in English, which results in 3 vowels in a row which is even rarer.
Sitting here like a right asshole with new style, partially kraeusened and unnaturally carbonated beer. I gotta do better.
Maybe softer if it's the only light source in the room but if your overhead light is any kind of "warm" the white light will look good and help the clock stand out.
