Ex-law enforcement officials said the administration’s declarations that the killing was justified elicited questions about the F.B.I.’s willingness to scrutinize the agent who fatally shot an unarmed activist.
This is not his first video recorded kill. He killed Silvero Villegas-Gonzales in September.
I haven’t seen anything linking this guy as the one who killed Sr Villegas-Gonzales as well, as that murderer is currently labeled as unknown. Where’d you get confirmation?

You can’t even really call it a cover-up, as that implies some subterfuge.
They are simply putting everything in a box and saying, “Nope, we got this. You assholes go away.”
