Funny thing is: they bought it because they supposedly got offered a once in a lifetime deal but are not allowed to use it. So now they are scrambeling to “fix” the law around this.

AFAIK Munich Police was already using it.
Also, Danish police uses it in a custom implementation, ordered by “ChatControl 2.0 guy” Peter Hummelgård.
