At last, councils able to do something real about landlords’ egregious rent seeking. If Edinburgh council can actually do this, and tackle the scourge of AirBnB flats, people might be able to live in Edinburgh!
I wish my kindred in Scotland a continued walk down this path to meet other needs expressed in this article and cheer the beginning steps.
