RSS Feed for new SCPs

After I didn't find a RSS feed for new SCPs i did some research and found a way to pull it off. Just posting here so the next person has it easy :)

I combined the official RSS from wikidot which pushes every site change.

with the RSS filter mentioned in the top comment from this reddit post.

So now I have a RSS feed for every new entry.
