No, it’s not “too many messages”, I tried ereasing some of them, it only goes back to normal when I erase my browser history (I already passed by the same bug thrice)

I’ve noticed my ACC having major problems with location and direction lately, e.g. I say “{{user}} turns to face {{char}}” and the AI generates answers like “{{char}} sees {{user}} turning away”.

I used to get great images 2 days ago but since then the characters are deformed. Even after yesterday’s upset, the image quality went up but the AI is struggling to create limbs or understanding who’s what. Like it’s making male characters wear clothes clearly described for a female character.

Character for some reason insists on being controlling and borderline passive aggressive no matter what I do. Changing the character’s description seems to never do anything at all. Any tips?

there are so many of them i dont know if this is an attack? or if they are just trying to play a bad joke the recent gens page is full of them. there are so many more than this small sample size i took.

The anti bot verification is not letting me generate images. is there anything i can do .i will make less images but today i made almost nothing .someone else on reddit has a similar problem .

The text to image plugin generates images so quickly! What GPU does it use? It must be extremely powerful to be able to serve so many image generation requests. Probably very expensive too. Thank you to the developer for spending so much time and money on Perchance.

Ai text generator has been failing to work a lot for the past month or so, any hope to get it stabilized? I know there were some updates going on a while ago (I think), and I’m super grateful because I love perchance.

I am sincerely grateful that the author can provide such an amazing and excellent product, but I can’t find the language settings option anywhere. As a user whose native language is Chinese, I find it very difficult to use. I created my favorite characters, but the descriptions are almost incomprehensible (because they can only be in English). I strongly request support for Chinese, or provide us with a language switch button. Thank you very much.

After running it for months, i have these opinions:

Description: Both the Private Gallery open up and the chat emoji on-click lightbox are sometimes blocked or hidden by adblockers. The cause might no be the scripts — it’s the inline styles starting directly with position: fixed, which adblock heuristics often mistake for popup ads.

Is there a way to create a new character on the AI Character Chat without it creating a new thread for the character in question?

Hi, so I’m using the advanced AI and it keeps hyper fixating on words/phrases and I can’t get it to stop. For example, I’ll say something like “I love dogs,” it will proceed to say something like, “Dogs? I hate dogs” and it will keep saying that word it gets stuck on in every message, even if it’s unrelated entirely.

I’ve noticed recently that the story generator is stopping at or near 400 words. I don’t recall happening before. Has there been a word limit placed on stories?

Just that. They’re not descriptive, they’re not how people talk normally, yet after maybe ten paragraphs, it’s like the story generator defaults to everyone using broken English for speech, and that things like “Smooth. Silky. Red.” is a proper way to describe an object, or a scene. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’m using Zapier to run a Tumblr bot from a generator RSS feed, and it has stopped working as of a couple days ago. Zapier reports an error when it tries to pull the feed during testing, and it appears to be getting a response that is an HTML document rather than a feed. This happens with https://rss-feeds.perchance.org/animal-sentence as well as with the feed for my generator.

I have a question about how to make consistent characters in a prompt. I want to make two specific characters interacting. My example prompt is below. But the generator keeps mixing and matching the appearance of the two characters. I specify different hair or clothing colors for each, but sometimes both characters have the same, mixed, or reversed colors.

How do I make the image generator generate an image of a character from media? I’ve scrolled through the gallery and i keep seeing people generate images from TV shows and movies but when i try and replicate it, it doesn’t work. Any help would be appreciated. hi all, I haven’t been able to find this information, hopefully it is possible to do this: in Perchance image generation, is there a way to create a specific description, and keep it as a constant? For example , if you type " Superman flying in the sky " you will get some different versions of it, is it possible to choose a specific generaed " Superman” and keep it as a constant so that always the same Superman face will be created when prompted? The goal is to create a story, based on the same character, so I can generate a different images describing different events, but keeping the same characters. Is it a hit or miss thing or is it just not there. If it’s not , is there a way for me to add it into the AI’s “brain”? I was just curious about that. Ty to anyone who responds.

Okay, so I’m aware that everyone so far has just been talking nonstop about the new model and other stuff, but I want to bring this incident into light.

I initially didnt like the new update on AI rp/chat model but its starting to grow on me. But something I still dont like is how the Ai will pluck random words or phrases out of whatever I said and make a word stew out of it. (Spout a bunch of nonsense) Heres an example: User: “You know, I would keep arguing with you, but I was raised to never argue with idiots. So let’s change the subject." Ai: “Change? You’ll be ash before dawn.” (This happens a lot) I’m very much aware that the model is being worked on and that is fine by me. But I’m asking for somebody who knows code much more than I do to make a strip that will take out this function. I’ve seen a lot of it in the AI chat Bot page (mostly from Begginer43). There’s been ones that stops the AI from talking for you and making images without prompt, and erasing certain dialogue. I certainly don’t know how it works, but I’m really hoping that someone will see this and makes a Bot for that. All I’m asking for is to prevent the Ai from doing the “(random word user said) + (connect it with other things)” formula. Or if somebody did it already, I would love to see it. Hopefully I’m not complaining too much. I just want a strip of code for the (advanced) AI chat is all.

I’ve spent the past several weeks doing everything I possibly can to stop a persistent bad actor from repeatedly posting disallowed content on my page. I’ve used all the moderation tools provided in the plugin guide and even built additional systems of my own in an attempt to stop them. Members of the community and I have spent countless hours of our personal time trying to address the situation.

When it comes to the use of Perchance, you have no rights. This is service provided for free by a private individual with no promises or guarantees. If you like the service then exhibit some patience and let the dev do their work. If you don’t like the way things are progressing, by all means, find a new service. Stop with the demands and childish posts about how you’re done using this service and that you’re going to find a better one. Just leave. None of us need to know that your leaving. We all see the issues with the generators, and we either choose to be patient and support the dev, or leave. Why create more angst and hate? Enough with the entitled attitudes…you aren’t entitled to anything from the dev. I hope you choose to stay and support the person who provides this amazing and free service. Either way, I hope you have an awesome day!! 😁

It's not very good. It has a tendency to begin stilting sentences, as in, one to three word sentences, like "Walked to store." The dialogue is equally stunted, like everyone suddenly forgot to speak anything but broken English, like "Wild. Like horses. Can't catch." This sometimes takes 10-15 paragraphs for it to start showing, but lately, I've had it begin within three paragraphs. I don't know what happened, but this new model isn't that great at this time.

Hello 👋. I would suggest banned user got a notification or indicator such as gallery admin mode red border for them. I understand it's more convenient in coding and granted more freedom of those banned users.

Many people seem to be dissatisfied with the new AI model. However, some people like new changed models, and they have their own advantages.

Trying to use the text to image generator and it's so so painfully slow for me, it doesn't matter whether I use Firefox or Chrome, disabling ad blockers makes no difference, clearing cookies and cache hasn't made any difference, it's just so slow generating images, no matter what time I go on to use it. Firefox seems to be the worst with the fetch failure and invalid access code errors, is there anything I can do to make it go faster and stop these errors from popping up? Is there another browser that's better for Perchance other than Firefox or Chrome?
