He was the kindest gentlest creature you could ever meet

This dog was supposed to be a purebred Chihuahua, but that didn’t really pan out.

Figured I’d add my dog to the pile! We’re not really sure exactly what kinda mutt she is, but derpy behavior and her coat pattern and shading suggests there’s a Boxer somewhere in her recent bloodline.

They are currently closed because they have 45 dogs and only 22 kennels.

Gone 4 months and I still cry at least once a week.

We said goodbye to Frosty yesterday. She was a White Shepherd ~14 years old that we adopted when she was ~8 years old. She had a lot of random issues through her life, multiple sarcomas that she always made it through with more ease than expected.

Just let go of Juneau, 14 years old, adopted him 12 years ago. A true fetch fiend, and a great guard dog, he was ever vigilant even to his last days. My head knows it was his time, but my heart is fucking ragged right now. RIP Junebug 💖

While on a walk I spotted this best boy getting ready for a cruise. He was on his best behavior.
