Is there a justridingalomg in the Fediverse?
Is it supposed to be a fixed electric bicycle for exercise? Or is it just tied up and for sale?
Sign on bike is for sale sign, looks like 55,000 rubles ($700.00). Wall says No Parking. Love the fold up baby lawn chair. Super safe!

Context was that I just saw this from the back seat of a taxi in Kazakhstan while I was visiting, thought it was funny that it had a baby chair strapped to it and took a photo
